Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare lessons and learning activities
  • Cover full classes in the absence of colleagues
  • Manage and supervise pupil behaviour
  • Contribute to the maintenance of effective school administration
Requirements
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Level 2 qualification in English/Literacy
  • Level 2 qualification in Maths/Numeracy
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Experience of teaching year groups within Key Stages 1 and 2
