Customer Service Liaison Specialist

The Customer Relations Advisor will be responsible for engaging with internal and external customers, supporting Field Collection agents, and carrying out regulated collections and debt recovery procedures. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively engage with customers and support Field Collection agents
• Carry out regulated collections and debt recovery procedures
• Update systems with correct information
• Meet client Service Level Agreements
Person Specification:
• Experience of handling difficult situations
• Ability to handle high caseloads of work
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Applications
What We Offer:
• Salary of £22,308
• Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am – 6pm
• Office based
• Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
