Job Title: Service Desk Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Sopra Banking Software. As a Service Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal and external customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive, record, and validate incidents, problems, and changes for our customers.
  • Listen to customer concerns and understand the impact and severity of the issues they face.
  • Progress incidents to a successful and timely resolution, via liaison with SBS personnel and customers.
  • Provide regular internal management information as requested.
  • Act as the conduit for general customer communication.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to challenge process and suggest improvements.
  • Willingness to develop skills within a team environment.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Flexibility of approach to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.
