About the School

LT Support has partnered with a dedicated SEMH school group with two sites in Essex. One site caters for KS1 and KS2, while the other site focuses on KS3 and KS4.

The new site is looking for Subject Specialist Secondary Teachers, while the Primary school requires Primary Teachers. The successful candidates will work closely with a partner teacher in classes of up to 8 students, using a Team Teaching approach.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire children.
  • Experience in lesson planning and delivery.
