Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Individual Support Practitioner to join our team at ABR International AB. As an Individual Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and care to individuals with varying needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse, and autism.

Your duties will include assisting individuals to engage with their communities, administering and monitoring medication, and helping people maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks. You will also be required to work weekends, shift patterns, and sleepovers if needed.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including TRFS rewards scheme, paid travel during shifts, and continuous in-house training opportunities.
