Your Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to support our charitable foundation and growth initiatives, aligning with our mission and values.
  2. Research and secure funding opportunities, collaborating closely with colleagues to maximize resources.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, promoting cross-functional collaboration and delivering our community engagement strategy.
  4. Provide strategic guidance and support to school principals on their fundraising needs, fostering a culture of philanthropy.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with some remote working and regular attendance at our Trust office and visits to our schools.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as excellent benefits.
