We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Amica Care Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals for our residents, supported by a catering assistant.

This is a part-time role requiring 24 hours of work per week. The position does not involve evening shifts, although weekend work is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Promote the smooth operation of our kitchen, producing high-quality food that meets the dietary requirements of our residents.
  • Ensure accurate records of stock and waste management while maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment.
  • Prioritize meal preparation to meet the needs of our residents, emphasizing presentation and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in professional cooking environments.
  • Exceptional staff management and communication skills.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and respect towards colleagues and residents.
