About the Role

Lindum Group, a leading construction company in the UK, is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their growing build team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate site staff, including direct and subcontract labor.
  • Provide cover for the Site Manager as required.
  • Coordinate material deliveries to ensure efficient project progress.
  • Schedule work to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and working methods.
  • Assist with pre-completion inspections and quality checks.
  • Complete weekly progress reports and provide photos.
  • Support the sales team in preparing and maintaining show homes.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Team to ensure maintenance works are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Construction experience and SMSTS certification.
  • First aid training and a valid driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
