Site Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Site Assistant to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a Site Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our site operators and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Readings: Take regular readings to ensure the site is operating efficiently.
  • General Cleaning: Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure.
  • Gardening Duties: Maintain the site's gardens and grounds, including the use of strimmers and hand tools.
  • Assisting Site Operators: Provide support to site operators with daily operations and more complex tasks.
  • Training and Development: Receive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintenance Schedule: Assist with the routine maintenance schedule to ensure the site is running smoothly.
  • Pipework and Infrastructure: Assist the maintenance manager with pipework and infrastructure tasks.

Requirements: You must have your own transport due to the location of the client. This role will be 20 hours a week, spread over two to four days, with the potential to develop into a full-time role.
