Site Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Site Assistant to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a Site Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site, providing support to our site operators and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Readings: Take regular readings to monitor site performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • General Cleaning: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by performing general cleaning tasks.
  • General Maintenance: Assist with routine maintenance tasks to ensure the site remains in good working order.
  • Gardening Duties: Perform gardening tasks, including the use of strimmers and hand tools.
  • Assisting Site Operators: Provide support to site operators with daily operations and more complex tasks.
  • Training and Development: Receive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintenance Schedule: Assist with the routine maintenance schedule to ensure the site remains in good working order.
  • Pipework and Infrastructure: Assist the maintenance manager with tasks related to pipework and other infrastructure.

Requirements: You must have your own transport due to the location of the site. This is a 20-hour per week role, spread over two to four days, with the potential to develop into a full-time position.
