Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales orders and budgets
  • Generate quality leads and find new business opportunities
  • Convert opportunities into sales
  • Maintain key customer relationships
  • Meet targets set by the Sales Manager
  • Visit customers and distributors for new opportunities
  • Self-manage and collaborate with the sales team
  • Log and update opportunities in the CRM system
  • Handle general sales admin and conduct market research
  • Generating proposals and standard quotations
Requirements:
  • Must come from an engineering background with at least 2 years' experience as a business development manager
  • Technically minded and must come from an electronics manufacturing background
  • Previously worked in the aerospace, automotive, or marine industry
  • A Degree or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Must be willing to travel within the UK and overseas
  • Previous experience generating quality leads and finding new business opportunities
