Humberside Engineering Training Association Ltd is a rapidly expanding organisation, dedicated to providing high-quality training solutions to its clients. Our Sales and Marketing team plays a crucial role in driving business growth, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our West Yorkshire-based team.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity involves strengthening our customer-facing function in the region by securing new sales opportunities and growing our client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional consultative sales experiences to prospects and customers, achieving agreed personal sales targets, and developing and delivering compelling sales presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver first-class consultative sales experiences to prospects and customers across HETA's products and services
* Achieve agreed personal sales targets across HETA's products and services
* Develop and deliver sales presentations using various media and techniques to achieve successful outcomes
* Maintain regular, effective, and timely interventions with all prospects and customers, ensuring that all contact is recorded in the CRM
* Manage personal pipeline of opportunities to ensure achievement of personal objectives and contribution to team targets
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a contributory pension scheme.
