Become part of our successful operation in Tamworth as a Shift Coordinator. In this NIGHT TEAM MEMBER role, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience to all clients and drivers. Your duties will include responding to customer queries, allocating jobs to drivers, planning to meet response times, and resolving customer complaints. You will also be responsible for pricing jobs in accordance with our pricing process.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong work ethics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in a contact centre, planning, scheduling or transport office environment is highly desirable. We offer a competitive salary of around £25,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
