Primary School Support Assistant

Zest Education is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate primary school support assistant to join our team in Tamworth. As a support assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to students, developing and implementing individualized education plans, and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating with parents.
We are committed to providing our students with the highest quality education and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision and values. The estimated salary for this position is £29,000 - £39,000 per year.
Key Requirements:- Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
- A passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SEN and experience working with students with special educational needs
- Relevant qualifications in education or a related field (desirable)
