We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Impression Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Financial Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Wealth Management clients with their administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our Wealth Management clients, ensuring their administrative needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all information is consistent and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Portfolio Management: Review client portfolios and produce reports, providing valuable insights to help inform investment decisions.
  • Meeting Preparation: Arrange client review meetings and prepare meeting files, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Investment Illustrations: Prepare investment illustrations, providing clients with clear and concise information about their investment options.
  • Application Processing: Process client applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis using industry-standard software, such as SAPP, FE, and Iress, to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and scanning as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Wealth Management role, with knowledge of pensions, investments, and dealing with multiple providers.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in using software such as SAPP, Defaqto, and Dynamic Planner.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in a related field, would be advantageous.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of between £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, with a range of benefits, including hybrid working, training and support with professional qualifications, and generous annual leave allocation.
