Job Title: Paediatric Respiratory Medicine Consultant

Job Summary:

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Respiratory Medicine Consultant to join our team. As a leading NHS trust, we provide a wide range of general and specialist clinical services, and this role will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide a comprehensive paediatric respiratory service for children in the Thames Valley and Northamptonshire
* Work within a multi-disciplinary team to manage complex clinical problems
* Undertake clinic work, inpatient work, and take an equal share in a 1 in 3 on-call service for paediatric respiratory medicine

Person Specification:

* Essential qualifications: Full GMC with licence to practice, MBBCh or equivalent, MRCPCH or equivalent, CCT in paediatrics and paediatric respiratory medicine or equivalent
* Essential experience: Comprehensive training in Paediatrics and all aspects of paediatric respiratory medicine
* Essential skills: Sufficient leadership, organisational, communication, professional, and personal skills to undertake effectively the role of a consultant in a large teaching hospital
