About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide comprehensive business support to our Governance and Corporate Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for policy, compliance, and information governance work, coordinating diary management, booking travel and accommodation, and supporting meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Governance and Corporate Services Team, including policy, compliance, and information governance work.
- Coordinate diary management, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Book travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
- Support meetings and events, including preparing materials and ensuring smooth logistics.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Education to Level 3 qualification standard or equivalent.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work with others to achieve objectives.
- Competence in a range of IT applications.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and organize your own workload.
