Operations Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at AWD online. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including COINS reports and financial data.
  • Coordinate and arrange transportation, equipment, and subcontractor bookings for projects.
  • Process customer complaints and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), investigating issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support the Accounts Department with credit control, invoicing, and debt chasing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring orders are correctly processed and customer needs are met.
  • Manage project folders, tracking job progress, documentation, and key milestones.
  • Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate hotel bookings and arrange accommodation for staff.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate person.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and basic IT knowledge.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office / 365 and credit control.
  • Pro-active with the ability to use your own initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
