We are looking for an experienced Airport Lounge Food Service Manager to join our team at Collins King & Associates Limited. Based in Heathrow, Gatwick and Edinburgh Airports, you will be responsible for managing a culinary team and developing menus to meet customer expectations.

As a key member of our team, you will report to the Director of Hospitality and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will be essential in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000, based on industry standards for a senior food service manager in the airport lounge sector.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in menu planning, inventory management and staff supervision. A degree in hospitality or a related field is highly valued.
