We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Specialist to join our dynamic Finance Department. As a key member of the team, you will provide support across a range of financial activities including revenue and capital budget monitoring, co-ordination and preparation of budgets, monthly reconciliations, assisting with the preparation of the Statement of Accounts, and preparation of financial returns.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (or equivalent qualification) or at least 3 years accountancy experience. They will possess excellent attention to detail, good communications skills, and a positive 'can do' attitude.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £33,366 - £34,314 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to work remotely and from office locations in Carlisle, Workington, or Whitehaven.
