About the Role:
As a compassionate and organized Relief Lodge Manager with Churchill Estates Management Ltd, you will provide exceptional customer service to our retirement development owners in North Wales, Liverpool, and Manchester. You will be responsible for managing absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an as-needed basis, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible work arrangement, content to work on an as-and-when-required basis. The position requires a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers. With excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, you will act as a reassuring presence within the community. Your ability to work independently and think critically will be essential in maintaining the safety and security of our developments.

To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer service, or hospitality. Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and other office software is also required. We offer competitive pay (£12.36 per hour), reimbursement of mileage expenses, subsistence allowance for overnight stays, annual holiday entitlement based on hours worked, and life assurance.
