Teaching Opportunity
T4Teachers is seeking a Learning Facilitator for Children to join our team in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. As a member of our educational team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that supports the academic and social development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
* Foster a positive and respectful learning atmosphere by managing classroom behaviour effectively.
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
* Assess student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.

Requirements and Qualifications
* A recognised teaching qualification in Primary Education or Early Childhood Education is essential.
* Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies for maintaining an effective classroom environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is desirable but not mandatory.

Package and Details
This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide enhanced DBS clearance and opportunities for professional development.
