Teaching and Learning Assistant

This role is perfect for individuals who are caring and patient, with excellent communication skills and experience working with children and/or young people. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teachers to provide personalized support to students, helping them reach their full potential.

Role Requirements:
- Experience working with children and/or young people
- Caring and patient individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative to support learning
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to get one
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification, at level 2 or above
What You'll Need:
- Personal/Professional experience with children and/or young people
- Caring and patient individual with energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Ability to work as part of team, alongside teaching and support staff
- Willing to support a pupil with personal care where necessary
- Able to use their initiative to support learning
- Passion to support children and young people with special educational needs
