Learning Facilitator for Students with SEN

We are looking for a Learning Facilitator for Students with SEN to join our dynamic team at Academics Ltd in Stevenage. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to achieve their full potential.
In this role, you will deliver tailored tutoring sessions to students with SEN, using your expertise to cater to their unique learning styles and needs. You will also support students in their academic and social development, promoting a positive and inclusive environment that fosters growth and confidence.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Functional Skills and GCSE curriculum, with experience working with students with SEN. They will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.
