Your Role

As an Associate Director, you'll oversee the Medical Information team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction. Your expertise will drive our strategy, empowering your team to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach direct reports, fostering growth and development.">
  • Direct team activities and responsibilities, aligning with company goals.">
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance team performance.">
  • Monitor workload and staffing, ensuring efficient operations.">
  • Provide medical information contact center support as needed.">
  • Able to work full-time with flexibility in scheduling.">
  • Business travel required up to 10-15%.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of Medical Information and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.">
  • Knowledge of Medical Information Industry Best Practices.">
  • Familiarity with EMA and local Regulations.">
  • Management experience.">
  • Fluency in English and one or more European languages.">

Salary and Perks

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Enjoy comprehensive health insurance, a retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
