About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team in East Durham. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in providing clinical leadership and management of skill mix teams.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of commissioned activity, public health service specifications, the national Healthy Child Programme, and public health outcomes framework.

With a strong focus on excellence in clinical practice, you will foster and maintain positive relationships across children and families' services and partner agencies as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to teams, promoting integrated safeguarding practice.
  • Support the development of community child health services, promoting the needs of children, young people, and their families.
  • Manage absence of team staff, working collaboratively with HR to ensure effective use of sickness and absence policy.
  • Maintain compliance with NMC and Trust requirements for continuing professional development and competency.

Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
