We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Curated Experience Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the administration of activations and events, working closely with the HSEQ Team to ensure a safe environment, and managing the activation calendar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of activations and events, ensuring a high delivery standard.
  • Collaborate with the HSEQ Team to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage the activation calendar, ensuring timely and effective delivery of events.
  • Source and create new activations and events, working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Produce and/or collate written copy for events and activations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct site visits with potential partners and activation producers, building relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Work up budgets for activations and events, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in Hospitality or Events, or related field.
  • Related experience in Event Management, with a focus on activations and events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft applications and Property Management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
