About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with social and emotional needs related to Autism, ADHD, or Trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children to have the best possible quality of life, including baking, fun days out, and holidays.
  • Ensure the children's safety and well-being by monitoring their development and updating records.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Patience, compassion, and resilience to work with children who may have experienced trauma.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A driving license to transport children to various activities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills in residential childcare.
