About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Phoenix Learning and Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with social and emotional needs related to Autism, ADHD, or Trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children to have the best quality of life possible, including baking, fun days out, and holidays.
  • Ensure children are kept safe and their plans are suitable for their needs.
  • Monitor children's development and update records as needed.

Requirements:

  • Patient, compassionate, and resilient with the ability to work with children who may have experienced trauma.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid driving license to transport children.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including sleep-ins.
  • Will to pursue a qualification in residential childcare, with support from the company.
