Job Title: Head of SHEQ

About the Role

As Head of SHEQ, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and maintaining a robust SHEQ performance regime company-wide. You will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement to in-house standards, systems, and procedures, implementing legislative compliance and best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on all aspects of SHEQ performance
  • Ensure continuous improvement to in-house standards, systems, and procedures
  • Implement legislative compliance and best practices across teams
  • Shape company strategy and ensure leadership in SHEQ
  • Embody and champion the company's values: People, Innovation, Partnership, and Efficiency
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) and Level 6 in Occupational Safety and Health. An ISO Internal Auditor qualification is desirable. You will have 10 years' experience in an operational SHEQ role, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior SHEQ/Quality role.
