About the RoleAs Head of SHEQ, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's SHEQ performance is robust and compliant with relevant standards and legislation. You will lead on all aspects of SHEQ performance, including implementing legislative compliance and best practices across the teams. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's strategy and ensuring it remains a leader in SHEQ.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of the company's SHEQ strategy
- Ensure continuous improvement to in-house standards, systems, and procedures
- Implement legislative compliance and best practices across the teams
- Play a key role in shaping company strategy and ensuring it remains a leader in SHEQ
- Embody and champion the company's values of People, Innovation, Partnership, and Efficiency
We are looking for a highly experienced SHEQ professional with a NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) and ISO Internal Auditor certification. You will have at least 10 years' experience in an operational SHEQ role, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior SHEQ/Quality role. You will have a good knowledge and understanding of applicable ISO and/or OSHA standards, as well as full understanding of legal HSE policy and guidelines.
