Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and wider business objectives. Key responsibilities include analysing projects, specifications, and visiting site to assess works; preparing accurate costs for materials, labour and services to prepare customer quotations; reviewing and adjusting estimates based on project scope changes; responding to technical queries raised by customers and suppliers; liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors to achieve the best 'value for money' and organising best lead times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
An individual with experience in estimating in the Facilities Management/Building Services sector, specialising in mechanical and electrical works is required. A passion for developing wider Business Development skills in support of the BDM and wider business objectives is essential.

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
