About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Marketing Lead to join our team in Compass Group UK & Ireland.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will develop, manage, and continuously improve the coordination, communication, and execution of a tailored contract marketing plan that drives positive student/consumer engagement, sales, and profit through the management of the experience for students and staff on campus.

Key performance indicators will be built around sales and profit growth, average transaction value, participation on campus, and student satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a tailored contract marketing plan built by using the central marketing team's promotions and initiatives as a base, meeting the needs of the student base/student groups of the institution.
  • Plan and execute activities to drive participation and growth of key categories, including a programme of activity and promotions, liaising with students and customers to gain insights.
  • Delivery of food concepts/pop-ups to maximise participation, spend, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • An approach to analysis of work problems and opportunities that allows commercially sound judgements to be made on time.
  • An approach to negotiating and building co-operation that supports organisational goals.
