At Galderma, we are seeking a highly skilled Dermatology Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for launching our new biologic portfolio into the local ICS/Trusts, and will serve as the primary contact for key external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of selling experience in high-cost drugs, including launch experience, and ideally have experience working in the therapeutic areas of Immunology/Dermatology.

The Dermatology Business Development Manager will be responsible for delivering expected performance and beyond in their territory, developing smart pre-call objectives, and effectively handling objections or concerns. They will also educate medical providers and staff, identify and develop disease state experts and speakers/advocates, and create and implement successful regional and local P2P plans. Additionally, they will differentiate the product value proposition, analyze sales reports and field intelligence, and develop business plans for their territory in line with brand strategy.
