Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Front Office Manager in delivering quality of service and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Confidently handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain accurate guest satisfaction data and develop improvement plans to address service shortfalls.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing Front Office team, empowering them to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Front of House supervisor in a similar operation.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Commercially focused with an understanding of revenue management and the ability to maximize profits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • A natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team to reach their full potential.
