Your Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a team-leading role within the automotive sector
  • Experience in assembly processes and quality management systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £13.48 per hour plus a 12% shift allowance, totaling £15.03 per hour. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave, a contributory pension scheme, and private healthcare.
