Executive Catering and Events Director

Job Overview
At Jubilee Hospitality, we are seeking an experienced Executive Catering and Events Director to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead our events management department and oversee the coordination of all aspects of hospitality and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of hospitality and event management, including catering, staffing, and logistics
- Ensure consistent and high-quality service for all event attendees and delegates
- Hands-on and delegative management of event set up and execution
- Liaise with clients to ensure a good understanding of all requirements
- Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor event budgets to ensure cost control
- Oversee, train, and motivate the events team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience at management level or 2 years of supervisory experience in running high-end meetings and events within Contract Catering or Hotel Sectors
- Strong knowledge of meeting and event basics, including set ups, operations, forward planning, and client liaison
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with high-profile attendees and team members
- Ability to engage with both the team and guests
