About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communications and Learning Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Communications and Learning team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our strategy and helping to promote the initiatives we support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Communications Manager to develop and implement a communications plan that showcases our work and highlights the impact of our initiatives.
  2. Provide administrative support to the Communications Manager, including updating and writing copy for our website, creating and sharing content for our social media channels, and monitoring engagement.
  3. Work with the Communications Manager to organize and deliver webinars and learning events, and support the administration of Funding Plus and Tools.
  4. Act as the first point of contact during the Communications Manager's absence, ensuring continuity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  5. Contribute to the development of internal communications, including sharing updates about the Foundation's work and news about the initiatives we fund.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should have experience of using different social media channels and have a good understanding of one of the Foundation's sectors. You should also be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in and commitment to the Foundation's ethos and values.
