Manufacturing Build Strategist

At BAE Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Build Strategist to join our team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual with experience in manufacturing and configuration strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing processes & standards to enable the boat to build to configuration strategy.
The salary for this role is £40,748+ per annum, depending on experience. Based in Barrow, you will work in a hybrid or flexible environment. If you have HNC or degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience, stakeholder management & communication skills, manufacturing/structural engineering experience (Automotive, Ships, High hazard industrial, Heavy industry) and design exposure, this could be the perfect fit.
