About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will provide in-class support to teachers, helping students with their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support to students in the classroom, helping them with their learning and development.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and prepare resources for lessons.
  • Support the implementation of school policies, including safeguarding and health & safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to make a difference.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to take on various responsibilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
  • Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
