Prestige Nursing & Care Service Overview

Prestige Nursing & Care is a leading provider of community care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to individuals in need. We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate caregivers to join our team as Adhoc Community Care Assistants.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with medication management and meal preparation
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and use of own vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.

You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
