About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant - Weekends. As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care and dressing
- Assist with medication and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients, such as visiting local garden centres or going for a browse around the shops

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- A driver's licence and use of own vehicle is required
- Good professional and personal references
In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
