About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant - Weekends. As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care and dressing
  • Assist with medication and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients, such as visiting local garden centres or going for a browse around the shops

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence and use of own vehicle is required
  • Good professional and personal references
