About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Ballington House, a 13-bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting women with complex mental health needs, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and rehabilitation.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for providing person-centered care, supporting individuals with daily living tasks, and promoting independence. You will work closely with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each person receives the best possible care and support.

What You Will Get

Where You Will Be Working

Ballington House is a 13-bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital that provides services for women with complex mental health needs. The environment at Ballington House offers a pathway from admission to discharge and for those that require more in-depth rehabilitation a two-bedroom is available as part of this journey.
