We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our bank team at Ballington House, a 13-bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting women with complex mental health needs.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our service users. Our team is passionate about delivering excellent healthcare and making a real difference in the lives of our service users.

About the Service

Ballington House provides a range of services for women with complex mental health needs. Our service operates 24/7, and we offer a range of shifts to accommodate different lifestyles. As a Healthcare Assistant on our bank, you will have the flexibility to choose which shifts you want to work each week.
