Sales Team Lead

About The Role
As a Sales Manager at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for leading and working alongside the Sales Advisor team to boost branch sales, customer relationships, and hit monthly sales targets. Your passion for supporting the branch team and assisting the General Manager with day-to-day duties is paramount.
Main Duties Include:
- Ensuring the team is staffed to deliver budget daily and measuring and managing Sales Advisors against their KPIs.
- Providing daily communication with the team, including team briefs, updates on performance, and constructive feedback where customer standards aren't being met.
- Recognising excellence with constructive feedback and using positive communication to engage the team.
- Ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service and continuously keeps the Branch Manager up to date.
- Instilling a solution-based customer service mentality.
About You
The ideal Sales Manager will have experience working in a strong, sales, target-driven environment, providing excellent customer service. You will need to display qualities to manage and motivate a diverse team, be driven to achieve, and set high standards of work and appearance.
