About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Integration Specialist to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of the Physical Domain team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities required to enable manufacturing of our hardware designs under license in Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to MBDA's largest ever export contract. You will work closely with the Transfer of Technology team to ensure that our designs can be manufactured within our customers' home countries.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex hardware or programs, ideally internationally. Experience of transferring products and designs, as well as managing complex product configurations and change management across multiple stakeholders, is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including company bonus, pension, overtime opportunities, and flexible working arrangements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to travel nationally and internationally within Europe to customers, partners, and external suppliers. Ideally, you will have a degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
