About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Air Traffic Management Specialist to join our team at Air Partner. As an essential member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Aurigny flights from the Gatwick office.

With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will work closely with various departments and external agents to manage the daily flying programme. Your excellent airport operational awareness and strong communication skills will enable you to pre-empt and react to live daily operational occurrences.

As an Operations Controller, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the industry's best to ensure a safe and punctual schedule is delivered across the Aurigny network. You will be responsible for monitoring and reacting to live daily operational occurrences under the supervision of our experienced Team Leads and Head of Operations.

This role offers a healthy work-life balance with shift patterns as follows:

  1. 3 Earlies, 2 Lates - 5 days off
  2. 2 Earlies, 2 Lates - 5 days off
  3. 2 Earlies, 2 Lates - 4 days off

Earlies: 05:45 - 17:45
Lates: 10:00 - 22:00

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also comes with a range of benefits including a healthy work-life balance, opportunities for career development, and a dynamic working environment.
