Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of the Cabin Services Department. This includes:
- Administrative responsibility: Ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements for flight documents and reports.
- Documentation tracking: Organizing and maintaining documentation and records for cabin crew assessments and performance files.
- Client liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact for cabin services feedback, attending client meetings, and utilizing client information to prevent issues onboard.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- 1-2 years of experience: In an aviation-related role, preferably in administration or air crew management.
- Excellent communication: Skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
- Proficiency: In using airline management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
