Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Bank Care Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
- Tailoring care to residents' individual preferences and needs
- Maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met
- Prior experience in the health and social care sector, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- A compassionate, professional approach to supporting older adults, particularly those requiring nursing, palliative, or dementia care
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts as needed
The salary for this position is approximately £11.49 per hour, based on a 37.5-hour week. This equates to around £43,500 per annum, plus any additional hours worked.
