We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Forward Role Careers. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a customer relationship management strategy to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy: Design and execute a customer relationship management strategy to qualify and nurture leads, increasing conversion rates for leads passed to designers.
  • Collaborate with brand managers: Work closely with brand managers on ideation, content, and asset requirements to successfully launch campaigns.
  • Lead and inspire the outbound lead qualification teams: Motivate and guide the outbound lead qualification teams to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify training requirements: Recognize training needs and deliver coaching and one-on-one sessions to improve team performance.
  • Work with other teams: Collaborate with other teams in the wider business to improve processes and client communications.
  • Analysis and reporting: Analyze and report on all CRM activities to inform business decisions.
  • Produce reports: Create reports on team performance for senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • CRM strategy development: Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies.
